We're hiring a Service BDC Representative to join our team.The Service BDC Representative is responsible for receiving, processing, verifying, and distributing information from both inbound and outbound calls. This includes but is not limited to, inquiries on service concerns for vehicles needing recalls, warranty work, and other repair / service needs.
