We are looking for a qualified individual to work in our Business Development Center assisting our Service Departments.The primary role of the CSR Service Scheduler will be to assist the Service Department with answering phones and scheduling appointments for our current and potential customers. This full time position consists of taking a high volume of inbound phone calls and working with customers to schedule their appointment at a time that works both for the customer, but also for our Service Department.This position will include but is not limited to:Answering inbound phone calls and scheduling appointments in our scheduling tool, XTimeLearning basic operation codes for common servicesDetermining the proper service needed and consulting the customer as to that serviceLearning the scheduling system for the Service Department and understanding scheduling needsOffering best in class customer service to every customer both on the phone and via emailAnswering voice messages from customers and ensuring that all questions and/or requests are fulfilledMissed or Cancelled appointment follow up callsAfter Service Follow Up call to ensure that their service experience went as expectedAfter Service declined work calls to generate sales that were passed on a write upOther tasks as assigned by BDC Manager or Service ManagerThis is a full time position and reports directly to the BDC Manager.
