Join the Dyson Beauty Revolution and become our next Sales Advisor!ActionLink is seeking an engaging individual with a flair for hair care who will enjoy creating quality interactions inside local Sephora and Nordstrom locations.Our Beauty Advisor will use sales and demonstration strategies to promote our global client, Dyson, and their premier line of personal hair styling tools, including the Airwrap Styler, Supersonic Hair Dryer, and Corrale Straightener. The Brand Ambassador is tasked with showcasing these haircare items to customers and demonstrating all the cutting-edge reasons why they are the best in the industry! In this role, you will assess your customers' hairstyling curiosities and preferences, answer their questions, and provide live demos of the products' innovative mechanical features that will improve their daily hair styling routines.Schedule and locations: 14 hours per weekOpen availability is required Saturdays and SundaysNordstrom and Sephora in Skokie, IL What We Offer: Represent premium haircare technologiesThe pay rate range is $28.00 - $32.00 hour commensurate with experienceLicensed cosmetologists may earn higher pay ratePaid training at same hourly rateW2 employment with biweekly pay scheduleOptional 401(k) retirement savings plan with company matchPaid time off What you will do: Travel to assigned retailers to drive store sales and achieve/exceed sales goalsEstablish positive professional connections with store leaders and associatesConduct demo presentations to individuals and groups of store staff and clientsExude passion for the Dyson Brand and display expert knowledge of the full range of technologyTrain the store personnel to communicate Dyson technology with confidenceKeep updated about the latest products and ensure that all store locations are informedMaintain merchandising standards at shopfrontComplete surveys with feedback and pictures after each shift If you are a match, we would love to connect with you!
