Delivers exceptional customer service, facilitate guest flow, education and retail products offered in Beauty Services areas.
Daily Operations: Answers phones, books and coordinates guest appointments and supports providers to assure a smooth daily operation. Is fully educated on all products as retail an essential component to this job. Attends department meetings, trainings, and participates in Beauty Weeks and Feature Events.Shift Checklist: Completes Opening, Midday and Closing duties associated with Beauty Services area.Order and Inventory: Completes all necessary tasks including department ordering, caring for inventory, end of month inventory, mail orders and overall organization to assure department is in order at all times.
Schedule (Days & Hours worked): Various shifts from 8AM - 4PM and 3PM - 9PM including weekends.
Pay rate: $15/hr
