## Your Role as a Care Hero
As a Flexible Schedule In-Home Care Aide, you'll be the lifeline for clients in their own homes. Your compassionate care will include:
• Assisting with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming)
• Light housekeeping and meal preparation
• Medication reminders and safety supervision
• Companionship and engaging activities
• Transportation to appointments and errands

## Ideal Candidates Have:
• A big heart and passion for helping others
• Physical ability to assist with client transfers and mobility
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Valid driver's license and insured, reliable vehicle to drive during work hours
• Excellent communication skills in English
CNA license, Home Health Aide certification, or caregiving experience is a plus, but not required – we provide thorough training!
