Are you interested in helping youth make positive changes in their lives? As a volunteer at Lad Lake, you can work with youth in various ways. Lad Lake is dedicated to supporting and guiding Wisconsin's most challenged youth and families. Our caregivers offer trauma-informed guidance to help each youth's healing journey, whether through residential care, community-based services, or alternative education. Our goal is to provide a safe, supportive environment for the youth and families we serve, and thanks to the excellent work of our caregivers, we have achieved remarkable results. Volunteers at Lad Lake help build relationships with youth in a trauma-informed care environment, sometimes with them in the classroom or leading workshops to share unique skills or talents, such as painting, gift box making, mindfulness techniques, and leadership skills. A warm and caring heart is the most essential requirement for volunteering at Lad Lake.
