Premium Distributors of MI is hiring for a Merchandiser role in the Macomb/Oakland County area. We are looking for prospective candidates with varying levels of experience that would like to join Indiana's largest beer distributor. This role supports the Marketing department by merchandising big box grocery stores. This role will be required to use a hand truck to organize beer in accounts.Company:Premium Distributors of MIPosition Title: MerchandiserShift: 1 day off in the week/ 1 day off on the weekends with early morning startPay: $17.25 /hour plus mileage & car allowanceBenefits:• Free Medical for employee, spouse, and dependents• Vision, Dental, Life, and 401k match• PTO and over-time eligiblePosition responsibilities:As a Merchandiser, you will support our Sales & Delivery Departments by ensuring our products are up to date, our brands are well represented, and our presence stands out in top retail stores nationwideYou will travel to retail stores to ensure products are stocked, maintained, displayed, and rotated correctly in accounts along their routeAdditionally, Merchandisers will help to maintain our relationships in the market by continuing to develop our supplier brands while providing best-in-class serviceOther duties as assignedRequired Education and Experience :Must be at least 18 years old or meet the minimum state legal age requirementsMust be able to lift products from 25 to 50 pounds on a regular basisMust have reliable automobile transportation, a valid driver's license, and auto insurance coverage at least to the minimum amount specified by the Company and state lawPreferred Education and Experience :6 months plus of general work experienceHigh School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)Equal Opportunity Employee & Physical DemandsReyes Holdings and its businesses are equal opportunity employers.
