Beer Wall AmbassadorOak and Stone Beer Wall Ambassadors must have a passion for genuine hospitality and spreading joy by talking with guests and assisting them to ensure the best draft craft beer experience possible. The ideal candidate will be outgoing, engaging and motivated to assist guests. The ideal candidate should possess a passion for great craft beer. The successful candidate will also have excellent hospitality skills and the ability to multitask and maintain a smile while under pressure. This is a sales focused position.Essential FunctionsEnthusiastically Greet guests as they enter or approach the beer wallVisit with guests and assist with starting beer wall tabs immediately upon arrival when on a waitVisit with guests and assist with starting beer wall tabs immediately upon being sat at a tableAssist guests with the proper usage of the self pour systemAssist guests in selecting a beerAssist servers and bartenders in explaining the beer wall and its many benefits, and in starting beer wall tabs for guestsChange kegs and update the electronic systems that show our beer selectionsClean and care for the beer wall, glassware and beer coolerFill growlers for togo beer salesMay include other duties assigned by managementCompensationThe Beer Wall Ambassador position will be compensated with both an hourly pay rate and a sales based incentive.This position's hourly rate of pay is $20 per hour.OAS2022
