2024-2025 SCHOOL YEAR

SITE DIRECTOR I (PART-TIME): AlphaBEST Education - Before & After School Program Site Director, Norman, OK

Salary Range: starting at $19.00 per hour

Location: Elementary & Middle schools within Norman Public Schools

Schedule: The Site Director is expected to report at their site from 6:15 am until school begins, and from 15 minutes before school is released until 6:15 pm Monday - Friday. (No weekends!)

Pay & Benefits:

  • Actual compensation is based on education and experience (the range is $19-$21 per hour).

Here is what you will need: Be a Master Teacher

You can meet the requirements in one of the following ways:
  • 1050 hours of training and take the Master Teachers test (Must show proof of certificate)
  • CDA
  • CCP Credential
  • 12 credit hours in ECE/CD/SA through CECPD
  • Oklahoma certificate of Mastery

As an AlphaBEST Site Director, you'll be trained and have the chance to do the following:

  • Ensure the successful implementation of engaging programs that advance the physical, social, emotional, and intellectual development of children.
  • Work collaboratively with peers and our Leadership Team to share important program-related information with students, parents, and school administrators.
  • Train AlphaBEST Group Leaders on how to complete adventurous tasks that ignite a child's sense of wonder.
  • Encourage creativity and intellectual curiosity by establishing clubs that build on the student's interests and talents.
  • Provide a caring, family-oriented environment where positive staff, child, parent, and school relationships are fostered at your program site.
