Responsibilities include interacting, and leading a group of children in age appropriate activities i.e. movement, homework, and clubs. Follow all state licensing rules and requirements, and safety and security guidelines; communicate effectively with parents and school staff, and exhibit flexibility to accommodate best practice for our students. Applicants must be 18 years of age or older, have high school diploma, preferred CDA or Indiana School Age Accreditation, and experience with children. Must have a high regard for safety, basic knowledge of child development, good communication skills, ability to obtain CPR and First Aid certification and pass a drug screen and background check.
