Pay Range: Starts at $60,373/year. Based on your education, experience, and credentials.What You Will Be DoingThe Behavior Analyst will provide support to individuals and their caregivers by coordinating and providing services in Applied Behavior Analysis, function analyses and assessment, behavior acquisition and reduction procedures, and adaptive life skills. The Behavior Analyst will also oversee the programming of and provide ongoing support and supervision to Behavior Technicians (BTs), Direct Support Professionals (DSP), and parents as it relates to the implementation and documentation associated with Skill Acquisition and Behavior Support Plans. Required Education and Experience:
- Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Social work, Education, or related field.
- Ability to provide BACB supervision to other BCBA candidates and RBTs.
- Experience working with children/adolescents with a variety of psychiatric and/or behavioral disorders, including those on the autism spectrum.
Required Licensure and Certifications:
- BCBA certification in good standing.
- COBA (Certified Ohio Behavior Analyst) certification in good standing or ability to obtain COBA certification within 3 months of hire.
- Ability to obtain and maintain First Aid, CPR - adult, child, and infant. (Training will be provided, if not already certified).
Additional Eligibility Qualifications:
- Valid Ohio Driver's License with Ohio Bureau of Motor Vehicles; proof of auto insurance; insurable driving record (five points or fewer).
