Title: Behavior-Based Interview Techniques Training
Location: On-site/instructor-led virtual live webinar training
Duties: The ideal candidate will cover the following key aspects:
- Overview of government interview techniques, emphasizing structured behavior-based approaches.
- Methods for assessing a candidate's ethical and professional maturity.
- Evaluation of candidate capabilities, technical skills, and competencies.
- Instruction on selecting the most qualified candidates.
- Guidance on standardizing hiring panels and meeting HQ USSOCOM Civilian Selection Advisory Panel requirements.
- Training on conducting developmental feedback for non-selected applicants.
Education/Certification: - Must have 5 years' experience delivering behavior-based interview training to hiring officials or management.
- Possess, at minimum, a bachelor's degree.
- Being a certified professional in Human Resources is desired.
