Status: Full-TimeFLSA Classification: ExemptSummary of the Position:Luzerne County Program is looking for a Licensed Behavior Consultant (BC) candidates in the Luzerne County area.This is a hands-on position providing therapeutic services to children, youth , and families.
- Development and implementation of treatment plans.
- Collaborate with participants and families to implement behavior interventions
- Provide individual direct therapy and counseling
- Document and maintain accurate records of participant's progress
- Adheres to YAP's philosophy, mission, and core principles.
- Opportunity for licensed supervision is available.
Position offers flexible hours, competitive weekly pay, and activity reimbursement.Annual Salary - From $52,000Sign on bonus up to $4,000Qualifications/Requirements: Master's degree in counseling, psychology, or social work is required
- Licensed Staff (LBS, LSW, LMSW, or LPC) or staff with BS Licensure is preferred.
- Experience providing therapeutic services to youth and families.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with participants, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
- Proficiency in using data collection tools and software applications. Proficient using Microsoft Office suites.
Position requires reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current auto insurance coverage.Benefits Available:
