The Mobile Therapist serves as the lead clinician on the treatment team providing individual and family therapy and coordinating services for children and youth.
Description of Responsibilities:- Assess clients' needs across various settings
- Work collaboratively with other members of the treatment team to develop and direct the implementation of the treatment plan
- Provide individual and family therapy to address goals of the treatment plan
- Ensure all required documentation is completed legibly, professionally, and timely

Required Qualifications:- Must meet one of the following:
- Be licensed in PA as a psychologist, professional counselor, marriage and family therapist, or clinical social worker
- Be licensed as a social worker or behavior specialist and have a graduate degree that required a clinical or mental health direct care practicum
- Have a minimum of 1 year full time experience providing mental health direct services to children, youth, or young adults and have a graduate degree with at least 9 credits specific to clinical practice in the human services field
- 21 years of age
- Valid Drivers License and registered vehicle
- Ability to work independently and also as part of a team
- Strong documentation skills
- Basic Computer/technology skills
