Job Specifics:As a Behavior Health Technician, you will:
- Work with children/adolescents one-on-one in the school setting implementing behavioral health interventions as documented in the treatment plan.
- Train the school staff to implement the interventions described in the treatment plan.
- Collaborate with the child's' family as needed.
- Collaborate with the other team members such as Behavior Consultant, Mobile Therapist and school staff.
- Receive regular supervision to increase knowledge and competency in delivering interventions.
- Collect data on identified behaviors to support progress with treatment.
- Document services provided in the agency Electronic Medical Record
Individuals shall meet one of the following criteria:-Have a high school diploma and have completed the RBT task list training-Have a minimum of 2 years' experience in the provision of behavioral health and completed the RBT task list trainingIn this role, you will assist children/adolescents primarily in Northeast Philadelphia.You will be part of a dynamic team with Behavior Consultants and Mobile Therapists to create positive behavior change and improved day to day functioning for the identified youth!If you are committed to improving the lives of children and adolescents, we would love to talk with you!Gemma is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
