Title: Behavior Manager - Special Education + $2,500 Sign-On Bonus

What the Behavior Manager does:
- Collaborate with the teaching team on developing and reviewing objectives for IEPs related to student support and behavioral interventions.
- Assist in reviewing progress reports with the Program Director, Program Supervisor, and Student Support Specialists.
- Participate in case reviews and the referral/intake process for potential students.
- Provide crisis prevention and intervention, including monitoring the school, managing crises, and conducting follow-up recovery briefings.
- Support students with skill development, consultation, supervision, and student support contracts.
- Observe and support classroom management, assist with classroom activities, and collect data on student progress.
- Handle student support data entry for the assigned program and participate in team meetings and briefings.
What the Behavior Manager brings to the team:
- Bachelor's Degree in psychology, education, or related field required
- Experience in crisis prevention/intervention required
- Experience in applied behavior analysis, functional assessment, positive behavioral supports, behavior programming, and behavioral counseling preferred
