We offer the opportunity for quarterly bonuses if increased billable hours are desired.Licensed Behavior Specialists at Potential Inc. supervise client cases throughout Northeast Philadelphia to ensure the highly effective implementation of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services while providing support to clinicians working one-on-one with clients and students across a variety of settings.   • Develop and oversee treatment programs, including behavior and skill acquisition programs.
  • Train and supervise staff in the implementation of programs and skill acquisition.
  • Conduct assessments, including functional analysis.
  • Observe clients and staff across settings.
  • Participate in professional development activities (supervise RBTs, maintain LBS certification and state requirements for licensure).
  • Conduct new client intakes.
  • Collaborate with families and other providers (i.e. wraparound, doctors, schools, and insurance companies).
  • Promote a culture/climate of open communication and collaboration.
  • Share accountability for operations and delivery of quality programs and services.
Job Requirements
  • Active Behavior Specialist License (LBS)
  • Available Monday through Friday from 8:30 am until 4:30 pm with availability to work at least two evenings per week
  • Commutable across Northeast Philadelphia (zip codes 19111, 19114, 19115, 19116, 19154)
  • Comfortable working with clients aged 2 - 18 across settings (school, community, home, etc.)
