Job Summary Under the direction of the Coordinator of Student Services and site Principal, the Behavioral Support Aide will provide support to all students, including but not limited to students with behavioral issues. The Behavioral Support Aide will implement comprehensive positive behavioral support plans and effective behavior management strategies as developed by the District BCBA, but will also be able to implement Tier 1 and 2 strategies to support students struggling behaviorally who do not have individualized plans. Requirements / Qualifications - Internal candidates need only submit a completed application through Edjoin. - Must be able to pass standard proficiency test of basic knowledge. - Experience working in an educational setting implementing intensive behavioral intervention programs for students with complex and/or severe behavioral problems.
