ABA Business Growth is seeking a dedicated professional like you for a full-time, on-site role in Loveland, Co.* Schedule: availability and willingness to work 40 hours per week during core hours, which typically fall between 8:00am and 8:00pm, Monday through Friday.* Compensation: $17.25- $24.25per hour* Location: Loveland, COWhy You Should Apply:

What We're Looking For:
  • Proven experience in medicine administration, supervisory roles, and occupational health practices.
  • One or more years' experience providing ABA services.
  • Exceptional communication skills for seamless interaction with both clients and team members.
  • Prior experience in the behavioral health sector, demonstrating a commitment to client-centric care.
  • A fast-paced environment motivator with unwavering attention to detail.
  • RBT certification and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Behavioral Health, or a related field are highly advantageous.

  • Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in behavioral, social services, or related field.
  • RBT certification completed.
  • One or more years' experience providing ABA services.
  • Experience with children and adults preferred.
  • Experience with clinic-based and community-based service delivery preferred.
  • Must have solid computer, graphing, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at one time.
  • Must be able and willing to work some hours outside of normal working hours to respond to emergencies or to otherwise meet the needs of the people we serve and their families.
  • Must possess a valid Driver's License from the state in which you reside, maintain a clean driving record, and proof of insurance per company insurance guidelines.
  • Must pass a motor vehicle record (MVR), background check, and other screening per Company requirements.
  • Must have consistent access to reliable transportation.
