Pay: $20.40 per hour clinical rate ($26.01 with Registered Behavior Technician credential) Bonus: $500 Sign-On Bonus Schedules: Part-Time and Full-Time opportunities available. The training program includes online webinars, role-play and competency-based practice, and direct observation of service provided with a concentration on specific skills. At the conclusion of the training, trainees will have the necessary requirements completed to schedule their RBT exam.
