We provide full training for those just starting their careers in the ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) field and room for growth for more experienced candidates.Here's what we offer:Competitive Pay: $20 (If RBT certified, then $22-25 based on experience in ABA)A Rewarding Career: Helping kids achieve their goals!Additional Income: Bonuses, raises, and incentives.Training: Ongoing training and supportCulture: Innovative, Creative, and EthicalAdditional Income: Bonuses, raises, and incentives.Growth: RBT Certification and aspiring BCBA programHere's what we need from you:Education: High School Diploma or College DegreeExperience: Childcare, healthcare, or mental health preferred (but we will train the right candidate)Dependability: Consistency and reliability is crucial for the child's successIntegrity: You will work in the child's home without constant supervisionPositivity & Patience: It's all about positive reinforcement and repetitionCommunication: Excellent written and verbal communication in EnglishBehavior Therapist Job Responsibilities:Provide one on one in-home Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) therapyCollect behavior and skill acquisition data during sessionsConduct Discrete Trials, Natural Environment Teaching, and various teaching/reinforcement methods in line with the Behavior Support Plan.Work collaboratively with a BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) to implement basic principles and teaching procedures of ABA therapy.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Strong technology skills for data collection and entryProfessional written and oral communication skillsAbility to maintain a positive attitude while being an active participant who contributes to team activities, meetings, and trainingAbility to set and achieve goals that benefit the patient, the team, and the BT/RBTAbility to receive feedback, coaching, and counseling while maintaining a positive attitude and commitment to be a continuous learnerAbility to pass a background screen, reference checks, and drug screenPhysical Working Conditions:Ability to bend, kneel, crouch, and spend time standing as well as an ability to lift items up to 50 lbsEndurance to move quickly from a seated position to a standing position to accommodate the treatment plan and/ or for the safety of the patientRequires eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity enough to operate office equipment, etc.At Cultivate we celebrate and support diversity.
