BEHAVIOR TECHNICIANFulltime Salaried $45,760.00 or FFS $25Who You Are:BA in a Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, or approved human service-related field and one (1) year of relevant direct experience working with families and youth with serious emotional and behavioral challenges or autism, or An associate degree and a minimum of two (2) years relevant direct experience with families and youth with serious emotional and behavioral challenges and autism, or At least three (3) years' experience utilizing the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis in a therapeutic setting. Highly organized. Proficient with Microsoft word, Excel and Outlook. Excellent written and interpersonal skills; team player. Valid MA driver's license, safe driving record and reliable transportation requiredWhat You Will Do:Implement, model and monitor progress of behavior support plan and skill acquisition plans based on data analysis under the supervision of BCBA/LABACollaborate with collateral team membersAssist BCBA/LABA in training caregivers and team members on principles of Applied Behavior AnalysisProvide direct instruction to person served on the Autism SpectrumCarry out special projects as needed by supervisorComply with Mass Health, insurance, and The Edinburg Center policies and proceduresWho We Are:A dedicated team of professionals who have chosen to join an organization with a forty year history of serving people with mental illness, developmental disabilities, brain injury and autism in the community.
