Location: Standish, MI 48658, USAJob Responsibilities:Understanding of autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and challenging behaviors.Ability to navigate technology and apps to collect data and communicate with supervisors.Ability to provide one-on-one ABA therapy.Working in accordance with a team.Understand how to take feedback and improve skill set.Be willing to travel to various locations within the employment area.Ability to lift 50 lbs. or more.Ability to uphold all laws, regulations, and company policy.Proof of a negative TB test.Ability to pass a background check and prove auto insurance.Must be willing to have all behavior modules and/or 40-hour in-house training completed through Mercy Plus.Transportation may be required for certain clients.After the training week, you will be scheduled part-time based on your availability and client needs.All hires will start part-time.
