Behavior Technicians work as comprehensive care team members by providing direct therapy services under the guidance of our leadership and related services providers. Behavior Technicians provide direct (1:1) and small group services throughout our beautifully designed learning spaces. Students participate daily in elevated learning activities spending time in each one of our engagement areas: classroom, playroom, student workstations, gym and outdoor learning courtyard. Behavior technicians record student progress data throughout the student sessions and will incorporate learning targets across a variety of domains (pre-academic, functional routines, speech programming, occupational therapy, gross motor activities, dramatic play) to insure a well balanced day of learning for our students. Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree (if still pursuing an undergraduate degree, candidates may apply for a paid internship position).
Thrive offers competitive wages, a generous paid time off policy and a positive work culture.
