You First Health Systems is hiring motivated and passionate professionals, both experienced and entry level to join our growing team!*What you will do** Provide direct care to clients in a one-on-one or group therapy setting to implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction treatments as directed by the supervisor.* Collect and record data on patient behavior* Collaborate, communicate, and assist with the training of clients, parents, and staff.* Provide a safe and supportive environment for patients and family.* Carry out clinical assessments and other administrative duties.* Maintain strict confidentiality.* Attend training to acquire further knowledge.*What we need from you** High school diploma or equivalent* Experience working with children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (ASD)* Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation* Commitment to working flexible, full- and part-time schedules* Passion for helping others* Commitment to handling confidential information responsibly* History of effectively managing multiple high-priority tasks in a fast-paced working environment* Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and organizational skillsJob Type: Part-timePay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hourSchedule:* After school* Monday to Friday* Weekends as neededApplication Question(s):* Please share your email address and contact numberExperience:* working with children: 1 year (Preferred)Ability to Relocate:* Bowie, MD: Relocate before starting work (Required)Work Location: In person
