Your responsibilities will include:Delivering individualized therapy sessions to children based on behavior intervention plans.Supporting skill development in communication, socialization, and daily living activities.Collecting and analyzing data to track progress and improve strategies.Collaborating with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and a multidisciplinary team.Maintaining a safe and nurturing environment for the children you work with.Ensuring accurate documentation of session outcomes and client progress.A Good Fit for Our Team:We're looking for compassionate, driven individuals who want to create meaningful change.
