- Behavioral Health Works is a rapidly expanding company committed to delivering personalized ABA therapy for children and adolescents diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). ABA therapy helps individuals with Autism improve socially significant behavior, following the principles of Behavior Analysis. Our extensively trained BCBAs and R/BTs collaborate closely with parents to create tailored treatment plans that address the distinct requirements of each child. Job Description: Behavioral Health Works is seeking a fun & energetic individual to work full-time providing evidence-based, behavioral therapy to individuals on the autism spectrum as well as administrative center support at our clinic in Anaheim, CA. Our program is overseen by Clinical Directors and highly experienced BCBAs that can offer supervision as well. For those without registration, RBT training is provided, and fees are covered by Behavioral Health Works.
