We are seeking highly motivated individuals with a passion and desire to make a difference in the life of children with autism in Greensboro, North Carolina. Services may be provided in clinic or home-based settings.Responsibilities:Provide home-based services for children with Autism Spectrum DisorderIntroduces safe and appropriate replacement behaviors and reinforcersFollows the treatment plan goals and interventions utilizing sound judgment and seeks out appropriate consultationCollects behavior data including and records data in CentralReach after each sessionParticipate in training and clinical supervisionWork with and under the supervision of Board-Certified Behavior AnalystsEducation, Experience and Other Requirements:Required: 40 HR RBT Course or Registered Behavior Technician Certification (RBT)Required: Valid driver's license and transportationPreferred: High School Diploma, Bachelors or Master's degree in the Human Service Field with a current RBT Certification**All non registered BTs are required to obtain their RBT within 60 days of hire.We Provide:RBT SupervisionBCBA SupervisionCompetitive Compensation and bonus structureMileage ReimbursementPhysical Demands:The physical demands described here are representative and not all inclusive.
