*Family Insight, P.C., *is a well-established community-based organization, with offices throughout Virginia. Our organization consists of a committed group of professionals who are dedicated to promoting the behavioral, mental, emotional and social well-being of those in the Commonwealth of Virginia. Our Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs serve children, adolescents, and families who have significant behavioral, social, daily living, and communication needs.We currently have part-time *Behavior Technician *positions available in *Richmond, VA.* _*Ideal schedule would be 15-25 hours a week with evenings hours. Hours during the evening would be between 3PM-8PM with the possibility of working on the weekends if needed.*_*Part-time position with the possibility of a transition to full-time.**\*COMPETITIVE PAY & SIGN ON BONUS AVAILABLE\***Job Responsibilities:** Provide 1:1 therapy in our outpatient clinic and/or in an approved community setting (client's home, school, daycare, etc.) under the supervision and guidance of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst/Assistant Analyst (BCBA/BCaBA).* Following client specific programs, behavior plans, and other activities or procedures as outlined for each client.* Complete all required clinical documentation in an accurate and timely manner.* Maintain client privacy in accordance with all HIPAA regulations and Family Insight Policies.* Communicate effectively with all members of the clients' treatment team.* Must be able to complete onboarding training and upload required documentation within the established time frame at hire.* Attend scheduled staff meetings and supervision meetings.This position is responsible for providing ABA therapy to children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental disabilities. These services are provided in the home and community settings. Behavior Technicians will also model for client family's positive reinforcement, incremental teaching, prompting, and repeated practice in developing language, social interactions, independent living skills, and other applied behavior analysis proficiencies. All Behavior Technicians will receive clinical behavior skill training and continued RBT supervision provided by a BCBA/BCaBA.*Job Requirements:** Participate in remote interview process.* A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.* Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation.* Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and move swiftly with clients to ensure their safety between sitting and standing positions.* Must be able to pass criminal background checks and drug test.* Preference will be given to applicants who are a RBT, have ABA experience, or enrolled in BCBA/BCaBA coursework.* The ability of flexibility to work a schedule to include but not limited to evenings, weekends and sometimes holidays._*Family Insight is an Equal Opportunity Employer and Drug-Free Workplace.*_Job Type: Part-timeBenefits:* Employee assistance program* Flexible schedule* Referral programSchedule:* 4 hour shift* Evening shift* Weekends as neededApplication Question(s):* Ability to work weekends if needed.Willingness to travel:* 25% (Required)Work Location: In person
