Our team focuses on assigning cases as locally as possible (usually within 30 minutes) to your home address or regular school/other work location.*Must be available to work 3-4 days per week (usually totals to 10-20 hours) during the hours of 3-8PM*Reliable, personal transportation is required for Center and Community Access Activities *Pay starts at $20.00 -$23.00 per hour to start. Responsibilities:
- Be fun, engaging, and able to build a relationship with clients
- Work under the supervision of a BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst)
- Data collection
- Implementing individualized behavior support plans
- Implementing skill acquisition programs
- Working with families for effective collaboration on client
- Submitting all required paperwork promptly
- Attending monthly case review meetings with their direct supervisor
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent (Required)
- Driver's License & Reliable transportation (Required)
- Friendly and energetic, enjoy working with children and young adults
- Experience working with individuals diagnosed with developmental disabilities (preferably Autism)
- Must be timely and organized.
- Ability to work independently.
