The Behavioral Health Associates at our facility are essential in our ability to provide the highest quality of care for each of those patients. This position will put you at the front line of caring for our patients while allowing you to set the standard for safety and comfort within the facility. You will work directly with patients and monitor their physical and emotional condition on a regular basis. Youll correspond with our nursing staff to report on patient progress to ensure each individual is meeting their treatment goals.
You will assist with educational and rehab groups that allow our patients to work on various behavioral skills that will help them assimilate back into their daily lives. Youll be the guiding light that leads them through activities meant to progressively track their treatment goals on their way to recovery.
The role of Behavioral Health Associate is vital in our organizations ability to fulfill our mission of providing individualized, quality care that allows our patients to regain hope.

The position requires:
+ A high school diploma or equivalent.
