Bilingual preferred. *Responsibilities as the* *Behavioral Health Clinician:* * *Crisis Intervention and Management*: Provide immediate support and intervention to prevent hospitalization and manage crises effectively. * *Assessment and Intake*: Conduct thorough evaluations and intakes to assess psychiatric, psychological, and behavioral needs of older adults. * *Therapy and Treatment*: Deliver individual, family, and group therapy, as well as develop and implement treatment plans for participants and their families. * *Case Management*: Offer comprehensive case management services, including intensive case management, to coordinate care and create service plans. * *Team Coordination and Supervision*: Collaborate with the Interdisciplinary Team, lead therapy groups, contribute to team meetings, and supervise LCSW or MFT license-eligible staff. PACE (*P*rogram of *A*ll-Inclusive *C*are for the *E*lderly) was developed to answer the many problems around caring for frail seniors.
