If you strive to exceed standards and are committed to doing your best, we invite you to become part of our mission to provide outstanding behavioral health services to our community.Position SummaryAs a Behavioral Health Clinician, you will direct services to adults, youth and families, including information and referral, assessments, coordination of treatment, and ongoing therapeutic interventions through individual, family and/or group modalities. Your role will involve working collaboratively within a healthcare team to deliver integrated care that ensures the best possible outcomes for patients.Essential FunctionsYou will deliver direct services, including assessments, referrals, and therapeutic care, while maintaining accurate case records. Collaborating daily with healthcare teams, you will ensure that patients with behavioral health needs receive coordinated, integrated treatment (a mix of therapeutic modalities)Active participation in team meetings, supervision, and professional development is also expected.Utilize appropriate screening tools (e.g., CANS, PHQ-2, PHQ-9) to guide patient care.Maintain accurate case records in accordance with OCHS policies.Engage with internal and external referral sources to ensure access to services for patients.Participate in supervision, in-service trainings, and organizational meetings as directed.Required Qualifications•Master's degree in clinical social work or a related field.•Strong clinical, organizational, and case management skills.•Proficiency in computer applications, including databases and internet tools.•Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.Preferred Qualifications•3-5 years of experience in behavioral health services.•Bi-lingual and bi-cultural capabilities.•Experience in Substance Use Disorder Treatment.Work EnvironmentThis position operates in a clinical setting with opportunities for telehealth appointments.
