Position Description
Reporting to the Supervisor, Behavioral Health the full time, exempt Behavioral Health Clinician is an essential member of a high performing healthcare team. The Behavioral Health Clinician (BHC) will provide clinical behavioral health services to assure a professional, skilled program of care and treatment is administered. In addition, the BHC will uphold the health centers mission and quality standards which result in better patient health outcomes, overall satisfaction, and stronger operational and fiscal capacity of the health center. The BHC will adhere to Honor Community Health (HCH) policies and procedures while carrying out and monitoring a wide range of clinical processes. The BHC will maintain strong internal and external relationships, serving as liaison on behalf of HCHs centers. The BHC works collaboratively to create and maintain a culture of excellence and dedication to providing compassionate and high-quality behavioral health care to all. Productivity expectation of a trained BHC is an average of 10 or more behavioral health consultations/counseling per clinical day.
This position is for our School-based Health Center. Our standard hours are Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:00pm. Spanish speaking candidates are encouraged to apply.
