Behavioral Health ConsultantThis position will be working out of the DCF Palm Bay office.Pay Rate: $21.63Who are we? You have a passion for working in different care settings and making a difference in lives.Job Purpose: As a Behavioral Health Consultant at Aspire Health Partners, your job purpose is to perform duties to implement intake and assessment procedures for clients suspected of having substance abuse issues and coordinate details of client placement, case management, follow-up, referral services and educational support for families.Job FunctionsProvide initial screening/assessment.Provide linkage to a community treatment provider.Provide case management.Motivate, support, and assist in removing barriers for successful engagement in treatment and work closely with child welfare.Most importantly, all functions must be completed while maintaining high standards of ethical and professional conduct while adhering to agency policies and procedures.Position Qualifications:Ability to receive and maintain a(n)Level II Background clearanceAcceptable Motor Vehicle Registration driver's license record in accordance with the underwriting guidelines set by Aspire insurance company as described in the AHP Corporate Transportation Policy 3.9.1Bachelor Degree in a human services field.
