The successful candidate will have a passion for helping people, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to build and maintain positive relationships. The Behavioral Health Counselor will provide comprehensive counseling services to clients with a variety of mental health issues, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, trauma, and substance abuse. The ideal candidate will have a master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field, and experience providing evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). The Behavioral Health Counselor will work collaboratively with a team of professionals to provide quality care to our clients and ensure that their needs are met.
