Behavioral Health Providers provides therapeutic services within a clinic and or school setting to patients referred for services. Behavioral Health Providers are part of the person-centered integrated team and work closely with behavioral health care manager, integrated health specialist, medical providers, nurse case managers, nursing staff, support staff and community partners to aid individuals with behavioral, emotional and substance use issues stemming from a wide range of causes. Behavioral Health Providers located within the school setting will also collaborate with school staff as appropriate for the patients individualized treatment plan. Minimum Qualifications:

• Hold current Missouri License: Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).
• Current BLS(CPR) certification or must obtain within the first 90 days of employment.
• Must have the ability and means to travel on a flexible schedule as needed, proof of liability and property damage insurance on vehicle used is required.
