Position: Registered Nurse - Behavioral Health (Randolph Clinic)
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing from a college or university accredited by NLNAC or CCNE.
Experience: Minimum of three years of nursing experience post-graduation, including at least one year in Behavioral Health within the last three years.
Licensure/Registration: Current, full, active, and unrestricted license to practice as a Registered Nurse.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate and optimize patient care in collaboration with healthcare professionals.
Ensure adherence to medical and nursing standards and policies.
Perform physical exams, health histories, administer medications, and provide wound care.
Provide health promotions, counseling, and education.
Supervise and direct the care provided by other healthcare professionals.
Manage emergency situations and respond promptly to adverse signs and symptoms.
Maintain effective communication within the healthcare team and participate in teaching and educational activities.
Arrange referral appointments and manage specialty care as needed.
Engage in research to support improved practice and patient outcomes.
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 0730 – 1630.
9-hour shifts, including a 1-hour unpaid lunch, not exceeding 40 hours per week.
