OverviewBehavioral Health RNs provide holistic nursing care through mental health assessment of and treatment to patients with psychiatric symptoms, cognitive and/or behavioral challenges. As part of our fast-growing Behavioral Health team, you'll have an opportunity to develop and advance your skills, whether you're early in your career or an experienced professional.Compensation Range:$104,868.00 - $130,268.00 AnnualAlong with our highly competitive base pay, we offer pay differentials based on education, clinical experience, certifications, and work in high need areas.In recognition of the unique challenges faced by healthcare professionals working in hard-to-staff areas, we offer incentives for RNs serving in qualifying areas.
