SUMMARY OF POSITION: Demonstrates competency with interventions and clinical judgment based on unit population and age specific needs. Delivery of a variety of mental health treatment modalities, including psycho-educational groups, milieu management, and behavior modification strategies. Provides assistance to the primary nurse in management of patient needs and support services for effective completion of daily routine.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S):- Bachelor's Degree or four (4) years of experience
- AHA BLS prior to end of orientation period
- Act 31 training completion required within 45 days of hire.
