YNHS offers great compensation for this position, with a starting wage of $100,000-$115,000 annual salary along with high value benefits of employer provided medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and retirement insurances. Our Ideal Candidate: Current license in the state of Washington as a Psychologist, Social Worker, Mental Health Counselor, Marriage, and Family Therapist, with at least two years clinical experience in behavioral health and two years management experience in social services. Overview: The Behavioral Health Supervisor provides primary care BH and supports an integrated team working in primary care, supportive housing, street medicine, and our LGBTQ youth and young adult Resource Center, supporting staff and clients using principles of trauma informed care, motivational interviewing, harm reduction, and mental health first aid. This position supervises a team of Behavioral Health Specialists, Substance Use Disorder Specialists, BH Community Health Workers, and Peer Counselors, and works closely with health professionals throughout the organization to provide whole-person care to a diverse population of Yakima Valley residents.
