ResponsibilitiesMental Health Technician (MHT) Full Time schedule availableFive 8-hour shifts, to include every other weekend for 3pm-11:30pm shift - floating units(A 2 WEEK ORIENTATION IS MANDATORY 8:30A- 5P)$1500.00 sign on bonus available for full time!Rockford Center is a 138-bed mental health facility located in Newark, DE, providing easy access to a full complement of inpatient and partial behavioral health programs for children and adolescents, adults, and older adults. Strong communication skills, excellent customer service and organization skills, highly effective listening skills, and strong clinical skills.Experience: Two (2) years of related experience, with knowledge of psychiatric patient care techniques with understanding of mental illness, preferred.Additional Requirements: CPR certification and Completion of Handle with Care training during orientation process.#J-18808-Ljbffr
