We are seeking dedicated Behavioral Health Technicians for our Austin, TX facilities.Position Overview: As a Behavioral Health Technician, you will play a vital role in supporting clients with behavioral and emotional issues. You will establish rapport, ensure adherence to house rules, and contribute to the overall safety and well-being of clients in our care.Key Responsibilities:
- Establish open lines of communication and build rapport with clients experiencing behavioral or emotional challenges.
- Ensure compliance with house rules and support clients in following these guidelines.
- Complete all steps of client intakes, including drug testing, searching client belongings, and conducting comprehensive intakes using KIPU.
- Facilitate the discharge process by returning personal belongings to clients and ensuring discharge paperwork is signed in KIPU.
- Perform waived drug testing on incoming intakes and conduct random urinalysis on clients as needed.
- Conduct Q15 safety checks to ensure the well-being of all clients.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients, ensuring property is well-kept at all times.

Requirements
