Job Description:
Summary:An essential role in the delivery of residential and outpatient treatment services. Direct care position with a primary responsibility of interacting with and supervising clients in treatment. Assists in the clinical and administrative teams to identify and serve client needs.Starting Hourly Rate: $15.00/hour before differentials!Shifts:1st shift - 7am-3:30pm2nd Shift - 3pm-11:30pm3rd Shift - 11pm-7:30amEssential Duties and Responsibilities:Complete the intake process with new clients into the programMaintain client documentationObserve and document client self-administration of medication as applicableCoordinate client activitiesFollow objectives of treatment plans and client-specific needsEvaluate behavioral and emotional needs of clients and provide response including crisis interventionMaintain a safe, clean, and orderly physical environmentAssist with the dietary needs of clientsOther duties as assignedEducation:High School Diploma requiredPrefer behavioral health experience or general healthcare experienceCurrent CPR, AED, and First Aid certification preferredPyramid CORE Values:We are committed and proud to live our CORE values and use them to inspire those around us.
