Residential Treatment
Provide independent clinical treatment in an outpatient program, supporting individuals with mental health diagnoses and dual diagnosis clients in achieving their personal goals. Join the team by APPLYING TODAY!
Responsibilities:
* Develop and enhance clinical skills by implementing evidence-based treatment approaches.
* Assess and adapt treatment plans to meet changing patient needs in outpatient, partial hospitalization, or community-based settings.
* Provide individual and group therapy in various settings, engaging families when appropriate.
* Conduct patient assessments, document findings, and make clinical decisions for treatment and referrals.
* Collaborate with the clinical team to recommend additional services or levels of care as needed.
* Maintain accurate and timely documentation, ensuring compliance with program guidelines and payer requirements.
* Participate in quality assurance, performance improvement, and licensure preparation activities.
* Mentor student interns and contribute to team discussions on patient care and treatment progress.
* Manage caseloads and administrative tasks with minimal supervision to meet productivity standards.
* Educate patients on recovery processes and create comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual need
Qualifications:
Master's degree in psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Education in school counseling, or related field required or CASAC.
Two years of clinical experience diagnosing and treating behavioral and psychiatric conditions required.
Knowledge of psychiatric evaluation and assessment process, as well as application of current version of the DSM required.
Licensure, Certifications, and Clearances:
Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Marriage Family Therapist (LMFT) or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) or Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW)
* Clinical Social Worker (CSW) OR Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist OR Licensed Master Social Work (LMSW) OR Mental Health Counselor
