Clinic-Based Behavioral Health Therapist
Family Health Care is seeking behavioral health therapists to work in our outpatient clinics. We provide opportunities for full-time in-office or hybrid and part-time in-office or hybrid.
Our behavioral health therapists work weekdays with optional Saturdays.
Hybrid positions work an agreed upon schedule between home and in-office hours based upon patient needs, billing requirements and job responsibilities. Limited license candidates are not eligible for hybrid work opportunities due to supervision requirements.

What's required:
Master's degree from a social work, psychology, marriage and family and/or counseling accredited program. Fully licensed in the state of Michigan to provide behavioral health counseling that may be a LMSW, LPC, LMFT or LLP. Limited licensed individuals may be considered, with director approval, however not for hybrid work options due to supervision requirements
Demonstrated knowledge and proficiency in behavioral health assessment and treatment of substance use disorder, mental health, and co-occurring disorder interventions and applications with a focus on evidence-based practices.
Preferred work experience of one to three years in behavioral health or substance use setting. CAADC or ability to apply for CAADC development plan once hired a plus.
