Location: Grand Rapids,MI, USA
We are seeking Residential Clinicians to join our awarded non-profit faith based organization! This position will specifically be working with children and adolescents.
**Hours:** Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5pm or 9am-6pm (may be open to part-time opportunities)
**Responsibilities:**
+ Conduct engaging intake assessments
+ Dive into individual, family, and multi-systems therapy sessions.
+ Keep things organized with timely progress notes and client files.
+ Join biweekly one-on-one supervision sessions for growth and support.
+ Bring your insights to our lively group meetings, discussing cases and clinical topics.
+ Stay proactive by assessing client needs and making appropriate referrals.
+ Craft treatment plans and other documents to keep things running smoothly.
+ Coordinate client transfers/discharge with a sprinkle of compassion and care.
+ Ensure top-notch treatment quality and communicate effectively with our team.
**Qualifications:**
+ Hold a Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field.
+ LMSW, LLMSW, LLPC, LPC, LMFT or other licensure.
+ Experience in counseling preferred.
**Salary:**
+ Limited licensure: $58k-$61k
+ Full licensure:$62k-$68k
