In this role you will be:* Exemplifying the IRMC mission, vision, and values, acting in accordance with IRMC policies and procedures to ensure quality care is provided.* Utilizing excellent interpersonal communication skill to effectively communicate with patients, family, and members of the organization.* Responsible for patient transports to and from hospital departments (including the medical center) and for delivery of supplies to departments as necessary.* Taking direction from RN and Supervisory Staff and perform various other assigned tasks to assist the nursing units.* Performing a variety of assigned tasks* Identifying each patient's age-specific needs and providing appropriate care as assigned* Will be required to float to all units, including geropsych, adult, and adolescent.OTHER DUTIESPlease note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
