Location: Indiana,PA, USA
In this role you will be:
* Exemplifying the IRMC mission, vision, and values, acting in accordance with IRMC policies and procedures to ensure quality care is provided.
* Utilizing excellent interpersonal communication skill to effectively communicate with patients, family, and members of the organization.
* Responsible for patient transports to and from hospital departments (including the medical center) and for delivery of supplies to departments as necessary.
* Taking direction from RN and Supervisory Staff and perform various other assigned tasks to assist the nursing units.
* Performing a variety of assigned tasks
* Identifying each patient's age-specific needs and providing appropriate care as assigned
* Will be required to float to all units, including geropsych, adult, and adolescent.

QUALIFICATIONS
Required:
* EDUCATION:
* Must be high school graduate or equivalent.
* EXPERIENCE:
* Previous work experience in health care preferred.
* Psychiatric work experience preferred.
* LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION:
* Valid PA driver's license with no previous violations
* Must be BLS certified required (or obtain within one month of hire).
