Together, the team delivers individualized mental and behavioral health treatment developed by a Mobile Therapist (MT) to each child and family. You would help deliver treatment goals and interventions in the school, home, and community settings. You will also provide care coordination and linkage to other service providers in the community.This position now offers a $1,500 sign-on bonus paid out over the course of 1 year provided continued successful employment: $500 after 30 days, $500 after 6 months, and $500 after 1 year.Essential ResponsibilitiesHelp implement the individual treatment planWork with and support parents and/or identified caregivers in the home, school, and communityMaintain professional boundaries with family members and other professionalsAssess and report any safety risks to supervisor, family and/or state abuse hotlineDevelop and maintain a good working relationship with teammates, school staff and other providersComply with all internal and external regulations, policies, and proceduresEngage in ongoing professional development including supervision and trainingQualificationsClearances. State Police; FBI clearance; child abuse clearance; CPSL Mandated Reporter-Recognizing and Reporting Child Abuse training; any additional background checks/clearances required by state governing bodies.Valid driver's license and current vehicle insurance.Working ConditionsPhysical Demands: Requires vision, speech, and hearing (exceptions are made for deaf or hearing-impaired staff that can communicate effectively with hearing staff and families).Environmental Factors: Community, home, school. Involved exposure to tobacco smoke, domestic animals, household pests, and other conditions common to domestic environments.Working Hours: Flexible, non-traditional hours that may include occasional weeknight may be needed and some holidays.
